Free Shipping With FedEx

All orders are shipped free via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Trudy Gems is happy to assist you with keeping your gift a surprise. We will ship items in plain boxes that do not indicate what's inside the package or where it came from. We can also arrange for a different address or specific date for delivery. Please indicate special arrangements in the notes during checkout.

In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks, depending on the client's design.

Please note that US sales tax requirements may be subject to change due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax.

For US Orders, Trudy Gems is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington state, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

For orders shipped to Canada, duties and taxes are collected by Candada Customs. Trudy Gems will fill out all the necessary customs form to make the delivery as seamless as possible.
